The Weekly Dose of Slow is a 3-part video series. The videos in this series range from 30 - 45 minutes. They are for when you have that extra time in your day and want to delve a little deeper, explore a bit more the practices of yoga, breathing and meditation. And you can enjoy these videos from the comfort of your own home.

You will receive these videos over a 3 week period. Once you sign up, your first video will be sent to your inbox, the Energising Vinyasa Sequence and you will receive the remaining videos each week thereafter.

Energising Vinyasa Sequence

In this 45 minute vinyasa sequence, we move with the breath, while focusing on hip opening and back bending. This will help to get the blood pumping and energy flowing ready for your day. 
Restorative Yoga Practice

​​​​​​​In this 45 minute video, we will restore and rejuvenate. Giving ourselves a chance to really go slow and soften. An excellent practice to do when you are tired, unwell, stressed or just needing some down time.
Guided Meditation and Breathing Practice
In this 30 minute video, we will explore a grounding pranyama (breathing practice) and guided meditation. It is chance for us to drop in and explore our inner world.
